How to Set Up Email on Outlook 365 (Desktop App)

This guide explains how to set up your OpenPanel-created email account in the Microsoft Outlook 365 desktop app.

Add a New Account​

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
    Go to:
    Tools → Accounts → ➕ (Add) → New Account

  2. Enter your email address

  3. On the next screen, select "Not Office 365", then choose IMAP

Once all details are entered, click Add Account.


Your OpenPanel email account is now set up in Outlook 365.
