How do I cancel my license in the my.openpanel.com?

To cancel a license purchased through the my.openpanel.com website, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your my.openpanel.com account.
2. Navigate to Licenses, then click My Licenses.
3. Click on Active next to the license you wish to cancel.
4. Click Cancel.
5. Click on Request Cancellation.

• If Immediate is selected: your license will be immediately terminated.
• If End of billing period is selected: your license will be terminated at the end of the billing period and tou will no longer receive invoices for it.
