OpenPanel Refund Policy
New OpenPanel Enterprise licenses purchased through my.openpanel.com are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the license has not been activated. Once a license key is activated, no refund will be issued regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
Note: This policy only applies to new license purchases and does not include license renewals.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible new license, please submit a request to our Customer Service team.
Renewals and Cancellations
Important: If your license auto-renewed or is canceled after the 72-hour refund window (Only applies to new license purchases), it will not qualify for a refund.
