📄️Email Accounts

If the Emails module is enabled on the server and your user account has access, you'll see a table listing all current email accounts, the total number of accounts, a search bar, and an option to add a new account.

📄️Create New Account

To create a new email account, go to OpenPanel > Email > Accounts > New Email.

📄️Aliases

An alias forwards mail from a non-existing address to one or more destinations. Recipients can be local or external.

📄️Default Email Address

A default (catch-all) address receives any email sent to an invalid or non-existent address at your domain.

📄️Email Filters

OpenPanel uses Sieve (via Dovecot) to filter incoming email messages for your accounts.

📄️Email Deliverability

Checks the live DNS records for your domains against the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records OpenPanel expects, and shows whether email sent from each domain is likely to be trusted by recipient mail servers.

📄️Address Importer

The Address Importer page allows you to create multiple email accounts at once by uploading an .xls/xlsx or .csv file.

📄️Delete Accounts

Navigate to OpenPanel > Email > Delete Accounts to delete an email account.

📄️Webmail

Click the Webmail link next to an email address to autologin to Roundcube webmail. It opens in a new browser tab.
